26 11 Mumbai terror attack is a Hindi documentary film on the most impacting terrorist attack in the Indian history. 10 terrorists trained by Lashkar-e-Taiba militant group shook the financial hub of India for 60 hours with their planned attack. At the end 9 of them were killed and one was caught alive.
National geographic channel presents a concise documentary film exposing the planned execution of the terror attack on 26/11/2008. The film captures various eye witness accounts to support the whole story narration in Hindi.
The terrorists, later identified as Pakistani nationals, were trained by the Lashkar-e-Taiba militant group and were used as human weapon towards mass destruction in Mumbai. Only one attacker, Ajmal Kasab, was captured alive. Later, upon interrogation, Kasab confessed that the attack was conducted with the support of Pakistan’s ISI. Ajmal Kasab was later hanged to death by Indian court in Nov 2012.
The attackers had targeted Mumbai in past as well but this kind of militant attack was first time in the history. The attack began on Wednesday 26 November and lasted until Saturday, 29 November 2008, killing around 164 people and wounding more than 300.
