How to Record Your Own Story Narration and Export Captions
Use your own reading when names, dialogue, or regional pronunciation need a particular delivery. For a Telugu village story, try recording a single exchange between two characters before recording the whole script.
Prepare the reading
Choose the project language and review the script. Read the lines aloud against your target duration. Shorten a line if the pause or pronunciation sounds rushed.
Record and review
In the Voice step, record your narration or upload an audio file. Listen to the project track, especially around scene changes. Check the caption timing against what you actually said.
Export the finished story
Preview the finished video before rendering. Download the MP4 with captions for sharing, or download the SRT file when you need subtitles separately. A new final render uses another video allowance.
