Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use the service for child sexual abuse or exploitation; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate content; deceptive impersonation or unauthorized use of a real person's likeness or voice; stalking, doxxing or harassment; threats or instructions facilitating serious harm; terrorist recruitment; hateful abuse or incitement targeting protected groups; fraud, scams, malware or attempts to steal credentials; deceptive election interference or deliberately fabricated evidence; or infringement of copyright, privacy or other legal rights.

Technical and commercial abuse

Do not bypass authentication, payment or usage limits, access another account's projects, exploit vulnerabilities, resell shared accounts, automate unsolicited mass posting, manipulate feedback, or overload the service. Report a suspected security defect privately to admin@bharatchitra.com without accessing or retaining other people's data.

Responsible storytelling

You may create lawful fiction, commentary and age-appropriate cultural or religious stories. Context matters: disagreement, satire or criticism is not automatically prohibited. Do not present fabricated events or AI portrayals as authentic evidence of a real person's conduct. Disclose synthetic media when law or the publishing platform requires it. Review the output; an AI generation does not establish truth or permission.

Reports and appeals

Report prohibited material or an enforcement error to admin@bharatchitra.com with the project identifier, relevant facts and your contact information. Do not redistribute illegal material to make a report. We may restrict material while investigating and will assess appeals. We may preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with lawful requests. No policy guarantees that every harmful request will be detected automatically.
