1. Who operates the service
BharatChitra AI is operated by Guna Kanumuri, Medchal, Telangana 501401, India. Contact admin@bharatchitra.com for service, billing, privacy and complaints. These Terms govern the website and video-creation service together with the Acceptable Use, Privacy, and Refund and Cancellation policies linked below.
2. Eligibility and agreement
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or older who can enter a binding contract. Do not create an account for a child. When registering or accepting a policy update, you must actively agree to the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, acknowledge the Privacy Policy and confirm your eligibility. The service records the policy version, document digest and server timestamp. Required service agreement does not opt you into advertising or optional analytics.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and do not share accounts or bypass verification or usage limits. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Notify us promptly if your account is compromised. You may access account settings, request a data copy, deactivate your account or contact us about deletion without agreeing to a new version of the service Terms.
4. What the service produces
The story workflow assists with scripts, illustrated scenes, camera movement, narration, captions and exports. Photo reels edit uploaded photos and do not include music. Features, supported languages, queues, export allowances and duration limits are shown in the studio and plan information. AI output can be inaccurate, offensive or inconsistent. Review the script, images, pronunciation, duration and complete export before use. No fixed generation time, continuous availability, character animation, unique output, views, income or platform monetization is guaranteed.
5. Content and permissions
Keep the rights you hold in your uploaded material. You give us only the permissions needed to store, process, transmit to service providers, display to you, render and deliver that material and to investigate abuse or comply with law. Do not upload another person's image, voice, private information or copyrighted work without a lawful basis and the necessary permissions. Do not upload identifiable children's images or voices; use fictional illustrations for children's stories. Do not submit passwords, financial secrets, government identity documents or confidential third-party records.
6. Outputs and publishing
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of the original creative material you contribute. Permission to use generated output depends on applicable law, the rights in your inputs and any disclosed provider or plan restrictions. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright; we cannot guarantee exclusive ownership. Follow watermark and export restrictions shown for your plan. You are responsible for checking rights, consent, factual accuracy, music licences and platform requirements, including audience settings and AI or synthetic-media disclosures where required. The service does not automatically publish your videos.
7. Payments and cancellation
Before paying, check the currency, total price, billing interval, tax treatment, duration limit, export allowance and whether the checkout creates recurring billing. A month or year plan label alone does not authorize automatic renewal. Payments are handled by the checkout provider shown. Do not submit card details to support. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains failed exports, duplicate charges, refunds and cancellation. Statutory consumer rights remain available.
8. Enforcement and service changes
We may reject or remove prohibited content, restrict a job or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or a material violation. Serious exploitation, fraud or threats may require immediate action. Where lawful and practicable we will explain the reason and allow you to appeal at admin@bharatchitra.com. A suspension does not automatically forfeit refunds or other rights required by law. We may change features and limits prospectively; material changes to these Terms require a fresh agreement before new creation or purchases.
9. Responsibility and disputes
Use reasonable care and do not rely on AI output as professional legal, medical or financial advice. We will exercise the care required by applicable law. Nothing in these policies excludes mandatory warranties, consumer remedies, responsibility for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact us first to seek resolution; you retain access to competent courts, consumer forums and regulators. Indian law applies subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. No exclusive foreign forum or mandatory waiver of consumer rights is imposed.
10. Ending use
You may stop using the service and request account deactivation or deletion. Download content you want to keep first. Deactivation, object cleanup and removal from provider backups are different operations; the Privacy Policy explains retained records and deletion limitations. Contact us about an outstanding charge or recurring payment authorization even after deactivating an account.
